Maintain and update ISO 27001 certification documents and related materials. . Assist in audit preparation and internal documentation reviews. . Support Account Executives and SDRs with persona-based research, especially in the UK market. . Enrich and maintain data sheets to improve outreach accuracy. . Build and refine contact lists using tools like Lusha and Sales Navigator. . Identify and research automation tools to streamline internal processes. . Provide recommendations for improving team efficiency and workflows. . Contribute to onboarding processes for new team members. . Assist with reporting, basic data analysis, and internal communications. . Proficient in using Sales Navigator, Excel, Lusha, and ISO documentation tools for research, data management, and compliance tracking; experience with HubSpot is a plus.. . 3–5 years of relevant work experience. . Exposure to ISO standards or compliance documentation is a strong plus. . Strong research, organizational, and analytical skills. . Excellent written and verbal communication. .
