The Endpoint Analyst – EUC is responsible for managing and supporting end-user devices across Apple and Windows platforms. This role involves ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of all endpoints within the organization’s environment.. What you'll do:. Provide technical support and administration of Apple macOS, iOS, Windows 10/11 devices. . Manage endpoint lifecycle including provisioning, configuration, patching, and decommissioning. . Administer and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as Intune and JAMF. . Configure and enforce endpoint policies using Group Policy (GPO) and Intune configuration profiles. . Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues on both Windows and Apple devices. . Support application deployment, system imaging, and user profile management. . Respond to service requests and incidents in line with defined SLAs. . Document technical procedures and maintain up-to-date support materials in the knowledge base. . Participate in continuous improvement initiatives around device management and user experience. . What you'll bring:.  2+ years of experience in a similar IT support or endpoint management role. . Solid experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments. . Strong understanding of MDM platforms (e.g., Intune, JAMF). . Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD/Entra ID. . Familiarity with endpoint security tools such as antivirus, encryption, and VPN. . Basic PowerShell or shell scripting knowledge is a plus. . Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. . Experience in working within ITIL or structured service delivery environments preferred. . Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to IT and non-IT stakeholders. . Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines. . Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment to prioritise accordingly. . Strong interpersonal skills, intellectual rigour and curiosity, and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. . Company Location: Australia.
