Process accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices and expense reports in a timely manner. . Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. . Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies as needed. . Assist in month-end close processes and prepare reports for management. . Maintain organized records and files for all accounts payable documentation. . Collaborate with internal departments to address inquiries related to payments and vendor issues. . ✅ What We’re Looking For. . Proven experience in an accounts payable role or similar position. .
