As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating their IT inquiries, providing technical assistance, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our services in Spanish.. Key Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries regarding IT products and services via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.. . Provide technical support by troubleshooting issues and guiding customers through solutions.. . Educate clients on system features, best practices, and new technology updates.. . Document customer interactions carefully and follow up to ensure resolution.. . Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate seamless issue resolution.. . Stay updated on current IT products, services, and industry trends to better assist customers.. . . Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.. . Experience in customer service, especially within the IT industry, is preferred.. . Strong communication skills with a focus on helping customers clearly and effectively.. .
