Finance Coordinator / Bookkeeper - Xero Certified - Remote Part Time AU Hours at RocketAMS. We’re seeking a skilled Accountant/Bookkeeper with solid experience in Xero for a part-time role. This role involves taking the lead on financial tasks, ensuring everything is organised, accurate, and running smoothly.. Responsibilities:. Invoicing and payroll processing. Bank reconciliations and financial reporting. Preparing a financial scorecard. Ensuring the transaction list is fully sorted out. Reconciling specific accounts and categorising transactions correctly. Helping clarify and manage complex financial situations. What We’re Looking For:. Strong accounting or bookkeeping background with proven experience. Advanced proficiency in Xero. Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. Someone who can take charge, figure things, and provide financial clarity. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage accounts efficiently. Must have experience with Australian business.
