Lead the design vision and execution for multiple product experiences, ensuring clarity, usability, and engagement.. Conduct user research and discovery to gather insights and translate them into actionable design solutions.. Design end-to-end user journeys across web and mobile platforms, creating cohesive experiences for diverse audiences.. Develop and extend design systems to accommodate new features and user groups.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align designs with business goals..
