Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close. . Conduct product demos tailored to client pain points and ROI objectives. . Manage a high volume of opportunities using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). . Collaborate closely with the SDR and marketing teams to refine messaging and lead quality. . Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and ensure smooth handover to Customer Success. . Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.. 2+ years of proven experience as an Account Executive, Closer, or Sales Representative (B2B preferred). . Strong closing background — consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. . Experience selling SaaS or tech-based solutions is highly advantageous. . Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. . CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). . Strong understanding of consultative and value-based selling approaches. . Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.. Company Location: Mexico.
