Museum of Ice Cream is seeking a service-oriented, self-starting, enthusiastic, responsible go-getter with an enthusiastic attitude. As the Executive and Personal Assistant to Museum of Ice Cream’s founder, you play a crucial role in the operations of the company, serving as their right-hand. In this position, you will be a critical component of keeping our Founders on track to accomplish short- and long-term goals. Candidates must be detail-oriented, critical thinkers with a flexible schedule, the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, be open to travel, have superior scheduling management skills, have event planning experience, and be an excellent written and verbal communicator.. Key Responsibilities. Lead leadership, C-suite, and board meeting administration. Drive agendas, follow up with stake holders on deliverables and package communications to larger leadership team from weekly updates. Corporate communications and culture . Executive produce the corporate summit and any CEO driven or lead IRL leadership meetings. Liaison between all departments in particular people on . Drive all scoop education, agendas regarding CEO portions. Support operations summit once a year. Special situations. Work on operational events, openings and VIP events that are critical to the company (not including MOIC cares, and events such as super VIP buyouts, charity events or mega influencer events). Work with CEO team on special operational tests, programming or projects . You have a college degree (preferred).. You have prior EA experience is required; supporting C-level executives or founders is a plus.. You have prior experience with juggling deliverables with for executives, and managing changing priorities. You have a positive attitude, and the ability to stay cool as a cucumber in stressful situations. You are excited to have an inward- and outward-facing role. You are able to work independently.. You have knowledge of Mac equipment and Apple programs.. You treat confidential information with care and discretion.. You think quickly and troubleshoot in real time, with a strong focus on results.. You are proficient in Google Apps, Slack and MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint..
