We are seeking a Fullstack Engineer to join a remote, cross-functional team focused on creating innovative, human-centered solutions for government and large-scale public systems. In this role, you will work across both front-end and back-end technologies, crafting APIs, developing scalable applications, and integrating AI-powered tools to enhance software delivery. Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components for web applications.. . Build and optimize service APIs and integrations using modern frameworks and architectures.. . Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance.. . Apply design patterns and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.. . Integrate AI-powered tools and services into the software development lifecycle to enhance efficiency and delivery.. . Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and mentorship to strengthen team capabilities.. . Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to address challenges and contribute to system-wide improvements.. . Support organizational engineering practices, including recruitment, hiring, and community engagement.. . . 4+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer working with complex architectures.. .
