Key Responsibilities. . Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, schedules, and airline policies via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.. . Provide accurate information about travel itineraries, baggage policies, and services available at airports.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues swiftly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.. . Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system for reference and follow-up.. . Collaborate with colleagues in various departments to enhance customer service delivery.. . Stay updated on current travel regulations and company policies to provide relevant information.. . . Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.. .
