Concept Development. Develop new garment concepts aligned with overall brand direction and seasonal strategy. . Refine and elevate existing product designs and silhouettes. . Balance technical performance requirements with contemporary lifestyle aesthetics. . Technical Design. Create detailed, production-ready . tech packs. for manufacturing. . Specify materials, trims, closures, insulation, and construction methods. . Ensure garment fit accuracy, comfort, and functional performance. . Recommend appropriate standards for waterproofing, breathability, durability, and wear performance where applicable. . Sampling & Production Support. Communicate directly with manufacturers regarding design revisions and updates. . Review development samples and provide structured technical feedback. . Ensure designs are scalable, manufacturable, and production-ready. . Trend & Market Awareness. Identify relevant opportunities across seasonal trends and cultural influences. . Recommend product improvements informed by consumer insights and product performance feedback.. Qualifications. 3–5+ years of experience in . technical apparel or clothing design. . . Strong understanding of garment construction and performance fabrics. . Proven experience developing professional manufacturing tech packs. . Ability to translate creative concepts into production-ready designs. . Portfolio demonstrating relevant apparel work is required. . Preferred Experience.
