Concept Development. Develop new garment concepts aligned with overall brand direction and seasonal strategy. . Refine and elevate existing product designs and silhouettes. . Balance technical performance requirements with contemporary lifestyle aesthetics. . Technical Design. Create detailed, production-ready . tech packs. for manufacturing. . Specify materials, trims, closures, insulation, and construction methods. . Ensure garment fit accuracy, comfort, and functional performance. . Recommend appropriate standards for waterproofing, breathability, durability, and wear performance where applicable. . Sampling & Production Support. Communicate directly with manufacturers regarding design revisions and updates. . Review development samples and provide structured technical feedback. .
