Lead and execute New Product Introduction (NPI) plans based on customer technical documentation.. . Develop and carry out comprehensive product qualification plans.. . Provide expert support for customer requests and technical inquiries.. . Drive yield enhancement initiatives and implement cost-reduction strategies.. . Analyze manufacturing data to optimize product performance and reliability.. . Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.. . . . Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.. . Minimum of 5 years of experience in NPI, qualification, failure analysis, and yield improvement in a semiconductor environment.. .
