This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth company as a Customer Success Manager, where you'll be the main point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success. You will guide clients through their journey using a cutting-edge cybersecurity platform, helping them achieve their goals through proactive support and relationship-building. Acting as the voice of the customer internally, you'll coordinate with support, product, and sales teams to deliver outstanding results. This role combines strategic account management with strong interpersonal and organizational skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.. Accountabilities:. ·         Serve as the primary contact for top-tier customers, managing relationships at all levels, including C-suite stakeholders. ·         Own customer retention and satisfaction, ensuring a high standard of service and engagement. ·         Guide customers through a tailored adoption journey to achieve their business objectives. ·         Proactively monitor customer health metrics and resolve challenges to maximize value. ·         Align internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience across departments. ·         Share product and industry expertise to support adoption and ongoing usage. ·         Identify growth and upsell opportunities through regular strategic engagements. ·         3–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role within B2B, cybersecurity, or OT sectors. ·         Experience with SaaS platforms or technical product support. ·         Proven ability to track and influence customer objectives and satisfaction metrics. ·         Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Product, Support, Sales, and Deployment. ·         Previous consulting experience is a strong plus. ·         Full professional proficiency in English. ·         Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
