Handle inbound calls and inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients, providing them with support and information about our offerings.. . Utilize a soft sales approach to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.. . Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and satisfaction.. . Document interactions and maintain accurate records of customer conversations in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and enhance the customer experience.. . Participate in ongoing training and development to refine your sales skills and product knowledge.. . . Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.. .
