We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from concept through delivery within a dynamic healthcare or insurance environment. This role will manage cross-functional projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. You will facilitate business requirements, coordinate with technical teams, and oversee end-to-end project execution, including business readiness and user acceptance testing. Lead the full lifecycle of projects, developing and managing end-to-end plans that include business implementation, technical milestones, and readiness activities.. . Facilitate business case development, requirements gathering, and stakeholder decision-making.. . Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT and business units, to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project delivery.. . Develop and manage project status reporting, including business and technical updates, dashboards, and executive communications.. . Support business readiness through training sessions, process development, and change management initiatives.. . Oversee user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and validation of project outcomes.. . Ensure smooth transition of ongoing business activities prior to project closure.. . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Finance, IT, Information Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field.. . 5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in healthcare or insurance industries.. . Strong experience managing projects using Waterfall (5+ years) and Agile (3+ years) methodologies.. . Proficiency in full project lifecycle management and PMBOK’s 10 knowledge areas.. .
