Client Development Executive - Rec2Rec at Remote Recruitment. We are seeking a driven and personable . Client Development Executive. to join a dynamic Rec2Rec (Recruitment-to-Recruitment) agency. This role is focused on building and maintaining strong client relationships across the UK recruitment industry. Working Monday to Friday during UK business hours, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and managing accounts for one of the most well-regarded agencies in the sector.. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for recruitment, sales, and client engagement who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-led environment.. Key Responsibilities. . Identify and engage potential recruitment agency clients across the UK. . . Build and nurture long-term client relationships through strategic outreach and communication. . . Conduct client needs analysis to match them with suitable candidates. . . Liaise with internal resourcing teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently. . . Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems. . . Meet or exceed weekly and monthly business development targets. . . Stay up to date with market trends within the recruitment sector. . . Qualifications and Experience. . Proven experience in recruitment or business development (Rec2Rec experience highly desirable). . . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. . . Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. . . Results-driven with a consultative approach to sales. . . Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team. . . Familiarity with CRM tools and digital outreach methods. . . Must be based in the UK and available to work standard UK hours (Monday to Friday). . Company Location: United Kingdom.
