Handle customer inquiries regarding travel bookings, accommodations, and hospitality services via phone, email, and chat in German.. . Provide detailed information on travel packages, special offers, and itineraries.. . Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and concerns regarding their travel plans.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a positive travel experience.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up and service improvement.. . Collaborate with travel suppliers and internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.. . Stay informed about travel industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate information to clients.. . .
