Depending on role focus and organizational needs, responsibilities may include:. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports . Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes . Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and financial close activities . Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior leadership . Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and analysis . Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements . Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance . Assist with audits, tax filings, and risk management activities . Mentor junior finance or accounting staff as responsibilities increase . Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field . CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA . preferred. (role-dependent) . 5–10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles . Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards . Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis . Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) . Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly .
