Lead day-to-day security operations, including SOC, SIEM, EDR, DLP, and identity management, ensuring continuous improvement in detection, response, and recovery metrics.. Own end-to-end major incident management, including war-room leadership, executive/board communications, post-incident reviews, and corrective actions.. Develop, implement, and maintain runbooks, playbooks, and on-call processes, testing through simulations and purple-team exercises.. Design and drive multi-layered incident response and resilience strategies, incorporating automation, threat intelligence, crisis communications, and recovery validation.. Mature data protection and privacy capabilities, including data classification, DLP, encryption, key/cert management, and policy alignment.. Partner with enterprise architecture, IT, cloud, and product teams to guide secure reference architectures, threat modeling, and zero-trust implementation.. Support marketing and sales initiatives by providing executive-level security expertise in customer briefings, field events, and thought leadership activities.. Champion governance, standards, and compliance across the organization, aligning with policies, audits, and reporting requirements.. 10+ years in cybersecurity with progressive leadership experience; 5+ years leading Security Operations, Incident Response, and/or Data Protection at scale.. Proven success managing major security incidents, coordinating cross-functional response, and implementing post-incident improvements.. Hands-on experience with security architecture across identity, endpoint, cloud (IaaS/SaaS), network/SASE/SD-WAN, and data controls.. Strong communicator capable of briefing executives, boards, and customers credibly in sales and marketing contexts.. Experience building operational metrics and dashboards to measure control health, readiness, and risk reduction.. Preferred: Experience supporting public sector customers and familiarity with FedRAMP/StateRAMP; bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese for LATAM engagements..
