Social Media Marketer at GrowthPair. We are seeking a Social Media Marketer to support our social media efforts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media. Some of the responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, creating high-quality content, managing online communities, and analyzing the performance of our content across platforms.. Key Responsibilities:. . Create, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).. . Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.. . Create and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to the target audience.. . Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.. . Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.. . Design graphics and visuals using design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).. . Edit video content while ensuring it is optimized for performance and engagement.. . Use social media marketing tools to track performance and audience insights.. . . 2-3 years of experience in a social media marketing role.. . Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.. . Experience with social media analytics and monitoring tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).. . Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).. . Experience with light video editing (short form and long form). . Strong copywriting and editing skills.. .
