In this role, you will play a key part in shaping risk strategy and ensuring operational integrity across payroll systems and transactions. You will conduct in-depth investigations, build and refine risk policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate potential fraud and operational risks. Accountabilities:. ·         Conduct thorough company reviews, payroll monitoring, and investigative processes with accuracy and clear communication across teams, partners, and customers.. ·         Develop, implement, and maintain risk policies, processes, and training materials to strengthen operational resilience.. ·         Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance risk management tools, workflows, and system capabilities.. ·         Identify, escalate, and document potential fraud cases, coordinating with compliance, legal, and operational teams to ensure effective resolutions.. ·         Continuously assess existing processes, driving improvements that increase efficiency, reduce exposure, and enhance decision-making.. ·         3–5 years of experience in risk or fraud investigation, fintech analytics, or a related field.. ·         Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex investigations end-to-end.. ·         Proven ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.. ·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external interactions.. ·         Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments.. ·         A proactive mindset with eagerness to improve processes and adopt new tools.. ·         SQL knowledge is a plus but not required.. ·         Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours and attend the annual 3-day company offsite..
