This role plays a critical part in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that potential cases are effectively evaluated and processed.. Professionally handle incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents . . Gather essential information regarding the accident and potential legal representation needs. . . Demonstrate empathy and understanding while maintaining a high level of professionalism.. . 2. Client Interaction:. . . Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and procedures. . . Provide information about the firm's services and answer client queries. . . Collect and document relevant details to assist attorneys in evaluating cases. . . 3. Multi-Tasking: . . Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. . . Efficiently navigate and update electronic systems while engaging with clients on the phone. . . Prioritize and address urgent client needs promptly. . . 4. Document Management: . . Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal standards. . . Organize and update client information, ensuring accessibility for legal professionals.. . Utilize Excel sheets and other tools to manage and track client data. . . 5. Administrative Support: . . Provide administrative assistance to legal professionals as needed. . . Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth case progression. . . Assist in the preparation and organization of legal documents.. . Qualifications:. . . Language:. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required. . . . Education:. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.. . . Experience:. Previous experience in a legal environment or customer service/intake role is preferred.. . . Communication Skills:.
