Provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking partners through various communication channels including email, phone, and chat.. . Assist partners with inquiries related to our products, services, and operational processes.. . Resolve partner issues and challenges promptly to ensure satisfaction and positive collaboration.. . Document partner interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system.. . Educate partners on best practices, product features, and how to effectively utilize our services.. . Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus.. . Experience in partner support, customer service, or similar roles is desirable.. .
