Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to the engineering department.. . Mentor and develop a high-performing team of power system engineers.. . Manage multidisciplinary teams for effective execution of tasks, ensuring project success.. . Optimize organizational efficiency through process improvements and structured workflows.. . Oversee risk management for EPC T&D and substation projects.. . Resolve complex engineering challenges, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion.. . Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities for the engineering department.. . Build and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert.. . Contribute to strategic planning, business development, and growth initiatives.. . Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team culture.. . Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.. . . Candidates should have:. . 7+ years of experience leading engineering teams.. . Minimum of 15 years in the power systems industry, with strong knowledge of utility-scale T&D and high-voltage substation projects.. . Familiarity with substation design, protection systems, layouts, and engineering packages.. . Deep understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.. . Strong critical thinking, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.. . Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.. .
