About the role: . We are looking for a Procurement Manager – Finished Goods to join the OUAI team! This role will report to the Senior Manager of Procurement. This role will play a key part in managing the end-to-end procurement process for Finished Goods. . What you’ll do: . Oversee day-to-day procurement operations by monitoring production schedules, addressing production issues to mitigate FG shipment delays. . Ensure Finished Good production is completed on time and in full - within cost and established lead times. . Execute the full Procure-to-Pay process for all Finished Goods, monitoring Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Assembly Builds, and Transfer Order transactions. . Maintain visibility to supplier lead times at Co-Manufacturing sites. . Conduct and review quarterly site-level capacity planning reviews to assess production capabilities and identify potential constraints or areas of concern. . Identify and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce lead times to support company growth. . Support Quality Manager on QC documentation and QA investigations, as needed. . Ensure adherence to Fill & Assembly Specifications and standards. . Partner with the Commercialization Manager to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of product launches and line trials. . Proactively troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues in real-time. . Drive towards Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as a part of the Operations Scorecard focusing on the areas of Quality, Service, Cost, & Reporting. . Participate in internal OUAI weekly Open Order and Demand/Supply meetings as well as external Co-Manufacturer weekly Open Order meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews. . Play a key role in new product development process including sourcing new vendors and providing feedback on current site capabilities. . Serve as the primary point of contact for all co-manufacturers regarding procurement operations. . . What you'll bring: . Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred . 4+ years of experience and demonstrated success in Procurement, Production, or Supply Chain Operations . Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and co-manufacturing processes . Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite required) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) . Experience in the personal care or cosmetics industry is a plus . Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment . Skilled in leading and participating in cross-functional internal and external meetings . Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal . Highly collaborative, with the ability to work across multiple teams and disciplines . Willingness to travel on an as-needed basis up to 40% . . Company Location: United States.
