We are looking for a data-driven PPC & Paid Social Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. This role is crucial for driving high-quality leads for our home improvement and remodeling clients. Plan, launch, and optimize paid search and social campaigns to maximize ROI.. . Manage budgets efficiently to achieve lead-generation goals.. . Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.. . Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy adjustments.. . Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting insights and recommendations.. . Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates.. . 2+ years of experience managing PPC & paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).. . Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and conversion tracking.. . Familiarity with A/B testing, retargeting, and audience segmentation.. . Experience in the home improvement or local lead-gen space is a plus.. . Excellent communication and reporting skills.. . Nice to Have. . Experience with Nextdoor, YouTube, and LinkedIn ads.. .
