We are seeking a high-performing . Sales Manager. with proven experience in . B2B SaaS. and . HRMS solutions. to drive new client acquisition for our . Compliance and Processing Managed Services. . This role demands a strategic sales professional with a hunter mindset, capable of creating a robust pipeline, building long-term client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, while engaging with CXO-level decision-makers and internal stakeholders to deliver business growth.. Key Responsibilities. 1. New Client Acquisition & Pipeline Building. . Drive . new client acquisition. by prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and other lead generation channels. . . Identify and target large enterprise accounts for HRMS and compliance-managed services. . . Build and maintain a . healthy sales pipeline. with qualified prospects to ensure consistent business growth. . . 2. Sales Target Achievement. . Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for . headcount acquisition. and . revenue generation. . . . Create and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand client base. . . Manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously, ensuring effective prioritization and follow-up. . . 3. Relationship Management & CXO Engagement. . Develop . high-level relationships with CXO’s. and senior decision-makers to position the company as a trusted partner. . . Conduct impactful product presentations, demos, and solution discussions tailored to client needs. . . Ensure consistent communication and rapport building to maintain long-term partnerships. . . 4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis. . Analyze the latest market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. . . Provide insights and recommendations to refine sales strategies and improve win rates. . . 5. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration. . Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to deliver on client expectations. . . Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients. . . Manage internal communication to ensure alignment between sales commitments and operational capabilities. . . 6. Sales Forecasting & Reporting. . Accurately forecast sales performance, tracking progress against targets. . . Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM systems. . . . Skills & Qualifications. . Minimum . 3+ years of experience. in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong preference for HRMS or compliance-related solutions. . . Proven track record of . new business acquisition. and exceeding sales targets. . . Strong understanding of . enterprise sales cycles. , negotiation strategies, and decision-making hierarchies. . . Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. . . Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation. . .
