Manage . 20–80 active requisitions per month. across multiple healthcare facilities . Conduct . 18–24 screening interviews per day. (15-minute structured interviews) . Screen candidates against predefined role criteria and make quick, accurate hiring recommendations . Schedule qualified candidates directly into hiring managers’ calendars . Maintain a strong and active candidate pipeline at all times . Re-engage previous applicants when new applicant flow slows . Follow up with hiring managers regarding interview outcomes and hiring decisions . Accurately update and manage candidate records within the ATS . Review and improve job ads to increase candidate flow when needed . Provide market insight and hiring feedback to leadership (e.g. candidate availability, pay alignment). Manage multiple hiring managers and facilities with varying communication styles. What We’re Looking For:. Proven experience in . high-volume recruitment. .
