Lead the design and development of backend applications using .NET Desktop and VB6 technologies.. Deploy and manage solutions on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.. Diagnose and resolve concurrency issues, perform application profiling, and optimize system performance.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and align architecture with business objectives.. Continuously improve code quality, system reliability, and development processes.. Act as a technical expert in key areas, providing guidance and mentorship where needed.. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.. 5+ years of professional experience with .NET for Desktop development.. 5+ years of experience working with VB6 applications.. 3+ years of experience working with SQL, including query design, optimization, and data operations.. Proven experience deploying and managing solutions on AWS.. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills with a focus on scalability and reliability..
