Plan, document, and execute thorough manual test cases for a variety of communication features. . Collaborate with development teams to reproduce, troubleshoot, and escalate issues. . Design and maintain test documentation including checklists, test runs, and bug reports. . Participate in Kanban meetings and apply Agile/DevOps practices. . Set up and manage test environments and tools. . Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and strategies. . Provide feedback on usability and potential improvements from a QA perspective. . . 3+ years of experience in software QA with a strong understanding of manual testing methods. . Solid knowledge of test design techniques and QA best practices. . Experience testing APIs and working with HTTP and web-based architecture. . Familiarity with Linux at a confident user level. . Strong written and verbal English communication skills (intermediate or higher). . Experience using tools like TestRail and JIRA is preferred. . Company Location: United States.
