Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope, planning, risk, issue, communication, and integration management.. Implement Agile frameworks and facilitate core ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demos.. Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, infrastructure) to align project goals with customer needs.. Create and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reports, including Project Charters, Gantt charts, and lessons learned.. Track and report project progress, KPIs, and OKRs to internal leadership and external stakeholders.. Manage customer and internal meetings, document action items, and ensure timely resolution.. Lead transition to production support, including ticket tracking and closure.. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.. Experience with Project Management and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Rally).. Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills.. Knowledge of healthcare systems, Value-Based Care, and healthcare data formats (CCDA, HL7) preferred.. Familiarity with IT/Automation concepts (APIs, SQL, BI).. PMP Certification is preferred..
