You’ll lead consultative sales conversations, build strong client relationships, and tailor solutions to fit each customer’s unique needs. Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by securing new client partnerships. . Deliver consultative, value-driven sales presentations tailored to each prospect’s needs. . Build and manage a robust pipeline through cold and warm outreach, including calls and emails. . Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract signing. . Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Legal, and Account Management. . Track all pipeline activities in the CRM and provide accurate sales forecasting. . Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings within your market vertical. . Continuously improve sales processes and contribute to team-wide success initiatives. . . 4+ years of experience in sales, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. . Proven record of exceeding quota and driving consistent sales performance. . Strong consultative selling skills with a customer-first approach. . Ability to identify decision-makers, handle objections, and close deals effectively. . Proficient in Salesforce, Google Suite, PowerPoint, and virtual presentation tools. . Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. . Energetic, competitive, and highly motivated to win and grow. .
