Strategic Solutions Manager (Insurance Carrier & Restoration Markets) at PLNAR. PLNAR is seeking a Strategic Solutions Manager to work across two critical segments of the claims ecosystem:. Insurance Carriers. Restoration / Water Mitigation Companies. This role sits at the intersection of consulting, technical sales, and strategic account management.. You will work closely with customers to understand their workflows, demonstrate PLNAR’s capabilities, and help them adopt solutions that improve claim documentation, estimating, and decision-making.. What You’ll Do. Partner with Strategic Customers. Manage and grow relationships with insurance carriers and restoration organizations. Serve as a trusted advisor to claims leaders, adjusters, operations teams, and executives. Help customers evaluate how PLNAR can improve claim workflows and operational efficiency. . Drive Product Adoption & Expansion. Introduce customers to new PLNAR capabilities as they launch. Identify opportunities to expand usage across teams, departments, and workflows. Support renewal and expansion conversations. . Deliver Consultative Solutions. Understand customer claims workflows and operational challenges. Demonstrate how PLNAR technology fits into the claims lifecycle. Provide strategic recommendations on how to deploy and scale PLNAR solutions. . Become a PLNAR Product Expert. Develop deep understanding of PLNAR’s technology and roadmap • Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for customers. Stay current on industry trends in claims technology and property documentation. . Monitor Customer Success. Track product adoption, usage trends, and customer outcomes. Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessions. . Collaborate Internally. Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams • Provide customer-driven insights that influence product development. 3+ years experience in insurance, consulting, or technology roles supporting property claims. Experience working with insurance carriers, adjusters, or restoration companies. Ability to understand customer workflows and recommend solutions. Comfortable engaging both operational users and business owners. Interested in understanding how new technology works. Excited about working in an environment where new products launch frequently. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term trusted partnerships. Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment. Able to operate independently in a remote role.
