Key Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries regarding manufacturing products, services, and orders through phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.. . Provide detailed information about product specifications, availability, and pricing.. . Assist customers with order management, including tracking and delivery inquiries.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.. . Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with production and logistics teams to convey customer feedback and enhance service delivery.. . Stay informed on manufacturing industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant insights to customers.. . .
