You’ll be the friendly and reliable face of our agency, managing relationships and making sure our clients stick around for the long run.. In this role, you will:. 🌟 Act as the main point of contact for our clients - respond quickly and professionally to all requests. 🚀 Run client onboarding and guide new clients through our process. 📞 Schedule and lead monthly strategy calls, including agendas and follow-ups. 🧠 Keep clients focused on their GTM strategy with helpful reminders and nudges. 🤝 Build strong client relationships and become their go-to contact. 📊 Review campaign performance and present reports with useful insights. 📅 Coordinate with the internal team to make sure everything runs on time. 💡 Spot upsell opportunities and support client growth. 📈 Track client retention, satisfaction, and growth KPIs. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:. ✅ 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager within a marketing agency or similar environment.. ✅ Hands-on experience with outbound marketing, lead generation, or business development strategies. ✅ Strong track record in client-facing roles, including leading strategic discussions and setting campaign expectations. ✅ Strong communication skills - clear, friendly, and professional.. ✅ Organised and great at managing your time. ✅ Confident in meetings and presenting data. ✅ Skilled at juggling multiple projects and deadlines. ✅ Proactive problem-solver who tackles issues early. ✅ Independent, reliable, and truly cares about helping others.
