We are seeking a California-licensed LMFT who is passionate about providing high-quality virtual therapy services. You'll work with a diverse caseload and help clients navigate relationship challenges, mental health concerns, and life transitions—all while having the flexibility to set your own schedule.. What You’ll Do. : . . Provide individual, couple, and family therapy via secure telehealth platforms. . Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans. . Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. . Participate in team meetings and case consultations (virtually). . Collaborate with other professionals as needed to support client care. . . Current LMFT license in California (Required). . Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred. . Experience working with diverse populations. . Strong communication and organizational skills. . Comfortable with technology and telehealth platforms (Zoom, SimplePractice, etc.). . Empathetic, ethical, and professional demeanor. .
