Manage the full onboarding lifecycle from discovery through go-live, ensuring a seamless, organized, and high-quality customer experience.. Drive accountability and momentum toward on-time go-live. Proactively manage timelines, milestones, and customer engagement to keep onboarding on track and aligned to target outcomes.. Guide customers through a structured, resource-driven onboarding journey. Act as a strategic partner by directing customers to the right tools, content, and workflows, enabling confident adoption without traditional training.. Improve onboarding outcomes through insight and cross-functional collaboration. Identify risks, gaps, and trends during onboarding and share actionable feedback to enhance processes, resources, and overall customer experience..
