The scope of this work is to coordinate with each Channel manager globally and communicate with the corporate office for Sales Channel Department operation.. Main Duties and Responsibilities. Coordinating on Preview Trips. . Directly communicate with Channel Managers globally on the request of preview trip inquiries. . Coordinate accommodation arrangements with hotel partners.. . Prepare necessary internal documentation for trip coordination.. . Any special request from prospects and channel managers needs to be coordinated with the hotel on a timely manner.. . Prospects who do not stay in our resort, need to coordinate on transportation pick-up and send-off service as per prospect's and Channel Manager's request.. . Coordinate with sales department and pass the prospect information to individual sales as background in order to help on closing.. . Handle admin work for Sales Channel Department's daily operation. . Coordinate training and onboarding orientation for channel managers including our history, brands, Marketing, IT and overview of product offerings.. . Prepare and follow up the expense payment for channel managers, including event payment, channel manager’s monthly expense claim, preview trip property buyer flight tickets and accommodation claim, etc.. . Support on channel network expansion. . Coordinate with legal on agency agreement issue, send and receive.. . Introducing our product offerings to our channel partners as well as conducting inspection for our project and Laguna when needed.. . Other. . Communicating and resolving issues in a timely manner.. . Support Marketing team on some translation review for our marketing collaterals.. . Other duties as required from time to time.. . . . Core Competencies and Skills. Skills and experience. . Previous experience in hospitality management, office administration, project marketing and/or business development (exposure and knowledge of real estate industry is an advantage). . Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to have smooth communication with Channel Managers and other internal departments.. . Results-oriented individual. . Committed to hard work to consistently meet deadlines. . Able to work under pressure. . Pro-active and self-motivated. . “Can-do” attitude. . Communication. . Excellent verbal and written communication in Polish and English. . Able to communicate in a clear, logical and effective manner. . Ability to speak Mandarin / Cantonese would be highly regarded. .
