You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions that address their needs.. Key Responsibilities. . Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets. . . Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention. . . Conduct client meetings, product/service presentations, and negotiations to close deals. . . Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. . . Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience. . . Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management. . . Mentor and support junior sales team members by sharing best practices and strategies. . . Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities. . . . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). . . Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Account Executive, or similar role (3–5 years). . . Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. . . Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. . . Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships. . .
