This role is designed for a highly creative and strategic visual leader with extensive experience in advertising or healthcare marketing. You will guide the visual execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, and lead a team of designers while collaborating closely with writers, strategists, and account teams. In this role, you will:. ·         Lead art direction across projects, ensuring all visual elements align with brand standards and client objectives.. ·         Collaborate with writers to develop compelling, strategic creative concepts.. ·         Direct production processes, including photography, illustration, and video, ensuring high-quality outputs.. ·         Present creative work to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating design decisions and strategic rationale.. ·         Mentor and provide constructive feedback to creative team members, fostering professional growth.. ·         Coordinate with cross-functional teams to solve challenges and maintain consistent brand storytelling.. ·         Engage in strategic discussions with clients and contribute to new business development opportunities.. The ideal candidate will have:. ·         Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, or equivalent, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence.. ·         Minimum of 7 years of design experience in advertising or marketing, preferably in healthcare.. ·         Advanced conceptual ability with a sophisticated design sensibility.. ·         Proficiency with Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), Microsoft Office, and project management platforms such as Workfront or ProofHQ.. ·         Experience directing production, including photography, video, and post-production processes.. ·         Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to guide teams and influence clients.. ·         Knowledge of brand strategy, marketing trends, and healthcare communications is preferred..
