Become a domain expert in open banking, financial data access, and data aggregation.. Handle inquiries from internal teams and external partners, conducting detailed investigations and implementing code or configuration changes as needed.. Engage with financial partners to drive alignment on product usage, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve integration breakages.. Identify and automate inefficient or manual processes through code, partner agreements, or cross-functional process improvements..
