Responsibilities:. Provide individual counseling services through secure telehealth sessions . Assess presenting concerns and determine treatment priorities . Develop treatment plans that reflect each client’s needs and goals . Maintain complete and timely documentation for all clinical services . Use counseling techniques that support symptom management and improved daily functioning . Track client engagement and clinical progress over time . Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field . Active LMHC license . At least 1 year of post-licensure counseling experience preferred . Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills . Comfortable providing care in a remote or telehealth setting .
