Working on an international project, you’ll collaborate closely with Latin American clients, managing communication and project alignment in both English and Spanish. Act as a Scrum Master on a global project, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring sprint goals are met.. . Translate business needs into detailed backlog items and support backlog grooming and prioritization.. . Collaborate with development teams and QA to align on delivery expectations and performance goals.. . Monitor scope, manage sprint planning, and address blockers to maintain workflow efficiency.. . Foster a strong sense of purpose and process within the team, coaching members on agile best practices.. . Support the client with guidance on rituals, documentation, metrics tracking, and tool usage (e.g., Jira).. . Promote continuous improvement and innovation, proactively addressing conflicts or delivery challenges.. . . . Solid experience leading agile software development teams in fast-paced environments.. . Proven ability to serve as a Scrum Master on international, high-visibility projects.. . Strong understanding of client needs and ability to transform them into actionable technical tasks.. . Experience with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and scope management.. . Advanced fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.. .
