As a customer service representative, you will assist customers in German, helping them with their travel bookings, inquiries, and issues, while delivering exceptional service.. Key Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and services via phone, email, and live chat in German.. . Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and provide information about available services.. . Resolve any issues or complaints related to bookings in a timely and professional manner.. . Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and improvement purposes.. . Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth operational processes and excellent service delivery.. . Stay updated on promotions, travel trends, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.. . . Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.. .
