The Senior QA Automation Engineer will ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software products, reducing manual testing while enhancing efficiency and accuracy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Regulatory, to integrate testing throughout the software development lifecycle. This role is particularly impactful, as it directly contributes to the safety and effectiveness of software used in clinical settings. Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for regression, functional, and UI testing.. . Develop and execute automated tests using Python, C#, Java, or similar languages to identify issues early in the development lifecycle.. . Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to incorporate testing considerations from requirements through release.. . Troubleshoot and debug test failures, isolating root causes in coordination with cross-functional teams.. . Integrate customer-reported issues into automated test coverage to ensure ongoing software reliability.. . Maintain documentation for test plans, test cases, automated test results, and controlled test environments.. . Evaluate, integrate, and optimize automation tools, frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines to enhance QA efficiency.. . Ensure compliance with verification and validation (V&V) activities in regulated software environments.. . . 5+ years of experience in software test automation or software engineering in test.. . Hands-on verification and validation (V&V) experience, preferably in regulated software or medical device contexts.. . Proficiency in programming automated tests using Python, C#, Java, or similar languages.. . Experience with automation frameworks/tools such as Katalon, Ranorex, WinAppDriver, FlaUI, SmartBear TestComplete, or Cypress.. . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.. .
