Lead the development and execution of semiconductor Intellectual Property (IP) for key programs, ensuring successful project delivery. . Coordinate and manage communications across internal and external teams, ensuring smooth collaboration across multiple geographical locations. . Plan and direct project schedules, monitor progress, and manage risks while escalating issues when needed. . Oversee the porting of IPs to various process technology nodes. . Report regularly on project status to all stakeholders and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle. . Drive problem resolution and continuously improve project execution processes. . . Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with a track record of success. . Strong experience in project management within the semiconductor industry, especially with analog and digital design flows and IC manufacturing processes. . Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or equivalent. . Excellent risk management, scheduling, and communication skills. . PMP certification (preferred). . Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) (preferred). . Company Location: United States.
