Key Responsibilities. . Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products, prescription processes, and healthcare services via phone, email, and chat in Polish.. . Provide clear and accurate information to clients, ensuring they understand product usage, dosage, and safety guidelines.. . Assist customers in navigating insurance claims and reimbursement questions related to pharmaceuticals.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.. . Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.. . Stay informed about industry regulations, product updates, and best practices to convey relevant information to clients.. . . Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.. .
