We are currently looking for a Director, Global Sales Strategy & Operations in Europe or the United States.. Build, inspire, and manage a global Sales Operations team, fostering high performance and accountability.. . Drive annual and long-term revenue planning, including territory design, quota setting, and resource allocation.. . Lead business reviews, providing data-driven recommendations to executives.. . Optimize end-to-end sales processes to reduce friction, increase productivity, and improve efficiency.. . Partner cross-functionally to align sales strategy, GTM initiatives, and revenue goals.. . Deliver actionable insights via forecasting models, dashboards, and KPIs.. . Partner with Technology teams to optimize sales systems, drive automation, and ensure tool adoption.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . 10+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations or related roles, with at least 5 years managing teams.. . Proven ability to scale sales operations and implement effective processes in high-growth SaaS/tech environments.. . Strong analytical skills, with expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision making.. . Exceptional communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.. .
