You will lead visual direction and build scalable art pipelines using AI-assisted workflows.. Define and maintain the visual direction across games and features. Ensure strong UI/UX quality aligned with product and gameplay goals. Build and scale art production pipelines using AI tools. Collaborate with AI engineers to develop workflows for faster asset creation. Produce and guide high-quality UI, assets, and visual systems. Ensure consistency and quality while enabling high-volume output. Work closely with product and design to align visuals with retention and monetization goals. Continuously improve visual output through iteration and data. Actively research and integrate emerging AI tools and models into production workflows as the landscape evolves. What You Bring. Strong experience in mobile game art, with a focus on UI/UX. You’ve worked on shipped games (casual or hybrid casual). Strong sense of visual quality, clarity, and player experience. Experience using AI tools for asset creation or willingness to adopt them quickly. You are comfortable balancing speed and quality. You think in systems — not just individual assets. You are proactive in improving workflows and pipelines. You take ownership and drive visual quality across the team. You care about outcomes, not process.
