This position is fully remote and based within the United States. .  .  Responsibilities  . As the Senior Data Analytics Manager, you will: . Team Leadership & Strategy . Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed analytics team across multiple time zones. . Establish priorities, set goals, and manage performance to foster a high-performing analytics organization. . Develop and implement analytics standards, best practices, and processes to ensure quality and consistency. . Analytics & Insights . Partner with cross-functional teams. . Drive deep analysis to surface trends, opportunities, anomalies, and actionable insights. . Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and influence strategic decision-making. . Technical Leadership . Oversee and guide the development of dashboards, automated reports, and analytics tools using BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). . Ensure robust data pipelines, reliable metrics, and scalable reporting solutions in collaboration with data engineering. . Project Delivery . Prioritize analytics projects, balance roadmap demands, and ensure timely delivery. . Champion analytical excellence, including experiment design, KPI definition, and model validation. .  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field. . 7+ years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence, including people management experience. Recruiting Resources . Proven track record of leading analytics teams and delivering insights that influenced business strategy. . Strong experience with SQL and data querying; proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). . Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders. . Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment. .  . Preferred Qualifications . Experience managing internationally distributed teams. .
